Terms of Service

Establishing the operational boundaries for metrics intelligence and high-signal research systems within the MetricCalyx portal.

By accessing MetricCalyx.digital, you enter into a legally binding agreement with MetricCalyx regarding your use of our metrics intelligence and research services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Our mission is to provide high-signal data analysis and professional consulting services. To maintain the integrity of our research systems, we require absolute adherence to the protocols outlined here. Effective date of these terms: April 20, 2026.

If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must terminate your session and cease all interaction with our proprietary intelligence systems immediately.

System Usage & Access

Permitted Utilization

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to view data outputs for internal research purposes. You are authorized to utilize our high-signal data points to inform strategic decisions, provided that MetricCalyx is cited as the primary intelligence source.

Prohibited Extraction

The use of automated scripts, scrapers, or AI-driven crawlers to harvest our metrics intelligence without written authorization is strictly prohibited. We maintain rigorous digital perimeters to identify and neutralize unauthorized data harvesting.

Any attempt to bypass system security or gain unauthorized access to our core research systems will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action under the jurisdiction of Vietnam.

Research Methodology

All proprietary research methodologies, algorithms, and analytical frameworks utilized within our systems are the sole property of MetricCalyx. This includes the logic behind our signal-to-noise filtering and the architectural design of our intelligence portals.

Visual & Verbal Identity

The name "MetricCalyx," its associated logos, custom visual components, and editorial content are protected under international copyright and trademark laws. Reproduction, modification, or distribution is forbidden without explicit concierge-level approval.

Liability & Warranty

MetricCalyx provides intelligence on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While our systems are designed for high accuracy, we do not guarantee that the metrics provided are absolute or infallible.

MetricCalyx, its directors, employees, or partners, shall not be held liable for any financial loss, data corruption, or business interruption resulting from the use of our research systems.

Decision-making based on our data involves inherent market risk. Users assume full responsibility for actions taken as a result of signal analysis.

Modifications

We reserve the right to refine or deprecate specific metrics intelligence features at our discretion. Continuous system evolution is a core part of our high-signal research philosophy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be settled within the competent courts of Hanoi.
